At Basketball Style Shop, we want every member of our global basketball community to be completely satisfied with their gear. If your purchase didn’t perform like an All-Star, our returns and exchanges policy has you covered.

Our Return Promise

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items (Game Changers)

For health and safety reasons, these products can’t be returned:

  • Mouthguards (personal protective equipment)
  • Braces & Support items (hygiene reasons)
  • Scrimmage Vests that have been worn

3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Step 3: Processing

Upon receiving your return at our facility (4953 Birch Street, El Paso, TX 79915):

  • Allow 3-5 business days for inspection
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Refund Information

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after return approval.

Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Note: Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or product swaps:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly state your preferred exchange item in your request
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For our global basketball family (excluding some remote Asian regions):

  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be higher – we recommend checking rates first
  • Allow additional time for international shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
